[EVENT] CBT4 Opening Event!

Here's an easy event for all you lucky early birds!
Until July 31, 2011:
Level up your new character as much as you can!
To all new characters created after July 23, 2011, a gift will be rewarded after the event ends if they reach level 18!!
Also, when the event ends, the highest-level character will also be awarded another gift!
For the grand opening, a periodic random x2 EXP and x2 Drop will be given when I'm on.
